What you will need...
1. Nail polish of desired colour
2. Glitters of desired colour (preferbly of the same shade with nail polish)
3.Top coat
4. Brush
Here's how I did it...
1. Paint two coats of the nail polish
2. Add top coat along the bottom half of the nail
3. Dip a separate brush into top coat and then into the glitter
4. Apply glitter to the bottom half of your nail
5. Voila! And off you head to your tea party with your girls ♥
